I have always had a deep love for pumpkins and pumpkin dishes—especially pumpkin pie. As a child, each year I eagerly anticipated the arrival of fall and the sweet, spicy aroma of pumpkin pie filling the air. With a December birthday, I would always request a pumpkin pie in place of a traditional birthday cake.

As I grew older, I began to take matters into my own hands, experimenting with various recipes and baking methods to perfect the art of pumpkin pie making. This passion led me to the idea of growing pumpkins myself, and in 2021, I finally brought this dream to fruition by cultivating my very first crop.

The entire process has only deepened my appreciation for this versatile and delicious fruit, and I look forward to sharing my pumpkin-filled culinary adventures with you all.
